This past weekend Mrs. M and her family came to spend the weekend with us and we had a great time enjoying each other's families. The boys went fishing Saturday, and we girls went for pizza and then perused the used book store where I managed to unearth a few treasures. Sunday afternoon we headed up to a nearby lake and enjoyed watching the kids play in the sand and water. God has been good to us in blessing us with friends.

Very cool that you guys are friends! I read both of your blogs all the time. I am good friends with Lisa from "Thoughts from the Teahouse" and feel priviledged to live only a few miles from her and go to the same church. It is such a blessing to have other moms who are like-minded.
