Protecting the Unborn
Currently there are no laws in Canada protecting the unborn but if Bill C-484 is passed in Parliament that is about to change. While the Bill would not affect the lack of legislation surrounding abortion, it will open the door for justice to be served on the behalf of the unborn. This is encouraging.
